My first Craigslist find
I’ve sold a few items successfully on Craigslist, but have yet to purchase….until yesterday.
I spotted these great frames while sleuthing for a bargain and just crossed my fingers they were still available. At this great price and the post being a few days old, you never know.
They were $10 a piece and I knew I couldn’t pass them up. Josh just rolled his eyes as I unloaded them last night.
They will definitely be used somewhere in my house and will be spray painted…maybe red, yellow, green, or simple white. I’m thinking as a frame for a new TV for our bedroom (whenever that purchase happens) or on the fireplace mantel. In the meantime, I will also use them this fall for an event at work. We always have a photographer take pictures couples at the event and I thought the frames would make a fun photo booth. Something a little unexpected at this more formal event. The idea is definitely not an original, I spotted it on a blog awhile back and have been saving it for the right occasion. But similar inspiration photos have been popping up all over Pinterest, like the photo below.
Stayed tuned for more details and progress!
