New Go-To Dessert (easy too!)

I’m usually at church Sunday mornings, but a few weeks ago I was home with my brother and we happened to be watching Melissa D’Arabian’s Food Network show, Ten Dollar Dinners. One of the recipes she made was Orange Olive Oil Cake and it caught my eye. Super easy, I have all the ingredients on hand and it’s delicious.

It’s perfect after you’ve eaten a heavy meal when you don’t always want a rich dessert. This light and flavorful cake fits the bill. I’ve already made it a couple of times and it’s been a hit.

Wish I had a picture for you, but we ate it too fast this weekend!
