Easy Fall Meal
In the current issue of Cooking Light is this great Loaded Potato Soup recipe. It cooked up in no time and couldn’t have been easier…perfect for a quick, comforting weeknight meal.
I did add a little bit more (okay, twice as much!) sour cream than what the recipe called for. Sour cream is just so darn good! Also, make sure you taste it as you season, I ended up adding more salt and pepper too.
