Lost & Found

In 2006 we took a family trip to Hawaii with my Mom, step-dad, brother, and step-brother & sister. One of our favorites from the ten day trip was the day we spent at Pearl Harbor touring the USS Missouri, a submarine, and the Arizona Memorial.

We were all taking so many pictures that my step-dad brought along a handy photo storage device so that we could keep our memory cards free to snap away. When we got back we got all of our pictures, but the Pearl Harbor ones were no where to be found. We were disappointed, but able to use a few that others had took.

This afternoon as I was searching for the accessories for the old camera to sell at a garage sale, I found an extra memory card. I stuck it into the camera to make sure it was empty…wouldn’t want anyone to get Oswald family photos!…and what did I discover?! 60 of our long lost Pearl Harbor pictures!
