Easy Weeknight Recipe
Josh loves Tuna Helper…while it does taste good, it is loaded to the gills with sodium, which isn’t good for me. So, I’m always searching for a good (and healthy) homemade substitute. I think I found it in my most recent Cooking Light issue. It was way too easy and tasted really good. Plus, it had the veggies in it! The only thing I’d change would be to use half the amount of dijon mustard.
Try this version of tuna noodle casserole, I think you’ll love it!
PS – I love the casserole dish in the picture too.
