Slow Roasted Pulled Pork
Slow doesn’t really describe how long this roast takes to cook…EIGHT HOURS!! But those eight hours were well worth it. I pulled this roast out of the oven at 8:30pm last night and it was de-licous! It was moist, juicy, and flavor-packed. The sandwiches were definitely a crowd pleaser tonight at my office Christmas party. Give this recipe a try, but make sure you have plenty of time.

Next time, I’ll try serving the pork roast without the BBQ sauce with roasted vegetables and maybe tacos.
