Here! I've got one right here for you! I forget them inside all the time and always have to go back in for one. It's such a pain!" Or you could just put up a sign saying you're going to start charging...but how do you figure out whose dog the poop belongs to unless you actually catch them in the act. First send out a letter stating that poo is being left behind and if it's not immediately taken care of, someone will be hired and they will be billed!!
