I know, everyone says that their child (or in my case, dog) is so smart. Well, I’m pretty sure Miss Zoey is super smart for a dog. On top of knowing where the window is (we say, “Zoey look out the window” and she runs over), who Mr. Lobster is, and the word dinner (“Zoey, are you ready for dinner?”). She also seems to know when it’s her play time outside. When we are home for the day, at promptly 2pm she sits at the back door waiting for the magical time. Although she’s about an hour or so early for her normal play time…what the heck!? How can she sense that?



Growing up, I remember the garbage truck driving by the house once a week and the man on the back jumping off to dump our trash into the big truck. I also remember my brother really, REALLY wanted to be a garbage man so he could ride on the back of the truck.

We’ve got several things on the calendar for the weekend and I love it! I really enjoy getting out and doing fun things on the weekend instead of just sitting around, cleaning, and watching TV…life is too short!
